KFC

The cashier in the drive through was rude and cut me off in the middle of me ordering several times, she charged me more than what my meal should have cost by three dollars and some change, and gave me a cheaper menu item/not what I ordered. She then handed me the food and shut the window in my face. The biscuit is crushed and they didn’t give me a receipt. disgusting behavior from the staff and no care.

Update: Thank you to Cedric for replacing my order and remembering me from two months ago. The chicken was fresh, hot and cooked good. For the trouble he even added a bundt cake and still continued to apologize for the service. No issues this time around. Thank you. Old: The location is nasty! Along with majority of the places here in San Angelo! Chicken was barely done & asked for original and there should be no reason why the chicken is soggy. On top of that the chicken isn’t even done. The drive through man had an attitude because I added 1/2 a dozen of biscuits. Huffing and puffing, if you do not like your job find another. I will be taking my whole order back.

The inside dining was Clean. Bathroom was clean. Ordered the 2 piece meal with 2 sides. Chicken was cooked well and hot when served. The sides were fresh/Good. Cedric was personable and explained the different food options well. The back area where food is prepared appeared clean and organized. Having owned Several Restaurants I will be coming back to this KFC.

Are you kidding me? I order a delicious spice chicken and they gave me a small drop of the sauce in the sandwich(as seen in the photo). I know it's late but dang, really?? I hope this is not a continuous issue here at this KFC location. I really love this sandwich. Probably the best spicy chicken sandwich I ever tried. But this, is not the KFC way. Come on guys.

I ordered using the app and Door dash brought me my order. It was missing 2 orders of fries,an order of nuggets that came with the spicy chicken sandwich meal and a medium Mt Dew. When I called the store I got nothing but pushback and rudeness. I was told if I came all the way across town they'd give me my food. Totally unacceptable as I ordered delivery for a reason. I called my amazing Dasher who said he'd go get the rest of my food and bring it to me. I called KFC back to let them know he was on his way and this person on the phone told me "I need to speak with my general manager and we have the right to refuse service,I'm reporting You! What ever happened to customer service? I will never ever get KFC in San Angelo again. Their food may be tasty but their customer service sucks. I've been in sales for over 40 years. When a customer is upset you do all you can to make it right because no customers means no profit. Next time the customer is right or the customer doesn't come to KFC. There's like what 10 chicken specific restaurants in San Angelo? If you worked for me I'd fire you and your shift manager in a heartbeat for treating a customer like you treated me. Telling me off saying you need to speak with your general manager instead of finding a resolution? I don't know your name and I don't care who you are. You're the face of KFC and have made your company and owner lose a very frequent customer. Great job. They did give the rest of my food to my Dasher and made it right but still. The economy is garbage,there are so many other choices in town and there's never an excuse for rudeness towards a paying customer. Someone needs to learn some damn manners and learn how to do their job.
